Terms and conditions:
1. The Local Operator is responsible for the management of their offline bookings. The Total Activities database needs to be kept up to date with availability. Therefore, the Local Operator must enter offline bookings into the dashboard which updates the database. 2. In the event the Local Operator does not update offline bookings and input them into the system and their tickets are double booked, the Total Activities customer takes precedence has first right to the booking. 3. Total Activities collects payment for any bookings provided to the Local Operator. All payments are made to the Local Operators in advance minus Total Activities commission, the day prior to the event taking place. 4. In the event of a cancellation, the customer will notify the Local Operator directly. The Local Operator is ultimately responsible for any rescheduling of the ticket or refunds to the Customer. If the cancellation is greater than 7 days from the event and is entitled to any form of refund, then the Local Operator will process the cancellation through their back end panel. The booking will be cancelled and the refund processed to the Customer. If the cancellation is not entitled to a refund then the Local Operator will receive the full ticket value minus the Total Activities commission and booking fee. 5. The Local Operator is responsible for liability insurance required for any event the customer takes part in. Total Activities is a booking service only and will not be held responsible for any injury, loss or disappointment to the customer from the Local Operator. 6. All Local Operators must comply within the guidelines set by Total Activities for any content or images on the site. Total Activities reserves the right to remove any Local Operator it feels to be breaching any laws, copyrights or any other information if Total Activities deems the content to be of poor taste or explicit nature. Total Activities reserves the right to remove any Local Operator where it deems that the Local Operator is using the Total Activities service outside of its intended purpose and not within the bounds of fair play. 7. Total Activities reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at anytime without notice. Exempt from this is any changes to the commission structures which must first be approved by the Local Operator.
